Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not used Premium features (no ad-hoc reports generated, personalization not enabled). Email billing@xdiscourse.com with your account email and we will issue a pro-rata refund through Stripe.

Credit packs

Purchased credit packs are refundable for unspent credits only. Credits already spent on ad-hoc report generation are not refundable, since the underlying compute and editorial cost has been incurred.

Failed reports

If an ad-hoc report fails for reasons on our side (pipeline error, content moderation block, timeout), the credit is automatically refunded to your account within minutes. You do not need to email us.

Disputes

For any dispute we cannot resolve via email, you may contact your card issuer. We respond to all chargebacks with full documentation.
